To that end, the design echoes a modern caduceus, to honor our history with BIDMC, and embrace a bold new future. The crimson base represents our foundational affiliation with Harvard Medical School; the two gray triangles point up and inward signifying our organization’s multi-disciplined, forward-thinking synergy; and the contemporary blue wings reflect our physician focus and interconnection within the BILH system.
In the coming weeks, you will notice the new logo applied to HMFP's internal and external communication vehicles, led by today’s premier of a fresh new look for our weekly newsletter, VIPI, and our LinkedIn and Twitter sites. In addition, graphic guidelines are available on the HMFP intranet to support your internal communication transition needs. The guidelines include templates for email signature, virtual background, letterhead, PowerPoint, business cards, and apparel, to visually support the growth and advancement of our organization.
