Cypress Grove Apartments located in Lauderhill, Florida. Eight miles inland from Ft. Lauderdale beach, the community offers affordable one and two bedroom rental residences. The community itself is nestled among towering, historic cypress trees, and features amenities such as resort-style pool, volleyball court, and even a large play area of kids.

The TFJG Marketing team: Chris Beckwith-Taylor, Mary Mitchum, and Erin Barger recently hosted a marketing workshop featuring multifamily expert and renowned presenter, Kristi Fickert from 30 Lines Digital Marketing. The topic of the event was "Selling via Social Media and SEO Bootcamp." The live webinar workshop was for Portfolio Managers, Community Managers, Assistant Community Managers, and Leasing Specialists, to learn about how to get more traffic and leases and how they can positively make an impact on social media an SEO.

Willie was nominated by Christen Faatz, VP of Operations and Melissa Pullin, Operations System Specialist, after they received a compliment from a vendor relationship at Leonardo. His attentiveness, desire to learn, and positive attitude made him stand out as an excellent employee and an even better leader. Jillian Curlee, National Sales Executive at Leonardo, wrote: "He made my day today. He started it out this morning making me smile! I have no idea if he's a good employee, but he sure seemed like he would be. He was on the call on-time, started up his webcam, was "present" throughout the call, asked questions - just awesome!"
 Niketa Washington, Community Manager, Chester Village
Niketa was nominated by her Portfolio Manager, Diana Cruz, for her professionalism and dedication to the team and residents at Chester Village. Diana wrote "Niketa is dedicated to her residents and consistently goes above and beyond. Recently Chester experience a difficult time when the cable system went out for the entire community. To make things worse, it was during the Winter Olympics. Needless to say, there were 163 disgruntled households with many questions. But Niketa's professionalism, passion, and understanding for her residents, patience, and dedication guided everyone through the storm. Only one Customer Service call throughout the entire event and that was comment on how well Niketa and her team were working with everyone to resolve the situation.

Gloria was nominated by an anonymous employee for her dependability and dedication to TFJG. They wrote: "As long as I have been working for TFJG, Gloria has always been the absolute go-to person. She is always willing to help no matter how much she currently has on her plate. She takes on project after project without hesitation and does so with ease.
