As we head into Thanksgiving week, I find myself taking a step back and reflecting on what
I am thankful for.
Among the many, I am primarily thankful for our talented and hard working group of team members. After Multifamily Leadership announced that The Franklin Johnston Group was named #5 Best Place to Work Multifamily, I couldn't be more proud of each and every one of you. I am truly humbled to know that we've created a workplace where our team members can thrive and succeed while enjoying what they do. Thank you for your dedication and the hard work you put in to make The Franklin Johnston Group so amazing. Without your commitment and high standards, we would not be the thriving company we are today.

Christen Faatz promoted to Senior Vice President Corporate
Finance & Accounting
The Franklin Johnston Group is pleased to announce the promotion of
Christen Faatz to Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and Accounting.
In this new role, Christen will assume leadership responsibility for all of TFJG's internal financial activities including treasury/banking, cash management, financial reporting and planning, audit/tax and various other corporate finance and accounting functions.
Christen's deep understanding of all aspects of TFJG's business combined with her exceptional communication, organization, planning and analytical skills make her the ideal person to lead this area as the organization continues to evolve.

She came into the office and got right to work assessing the situation and trying to find a quick resolution.

Mike wrote: "Chris Cartwright is the Solution! Chris began as Maintenance Supervisor last month at Mayfair Apartments, and every day since has arrived to work with a smile and positive attitude ... no matter what the situation has been ... and there have been a few!
He has stepped up to the demands of taking over a new property by working long days, including evenings and weekends. Chris quickly began re-building resident relationships by addressing several deferred maintenance issues and delivering excellent customer service.Chris has proven to be both knowledgeable and very dependable in the few short weeks that he has worked at Mayfair."

Tymesha wrote: "Since coming on board with TFJG Claudia has exhibited her strong accounting skills, she digs in and researches which is much needed in the accounting department. She also takes initiative to jump in and help others on the team. Claudia has a quiet and joyful attitude and shares that with the team. Claudia definitely works like no one is watching. She is always up for a challenge and eager to work. She truly cares about her work and producing accurate and timely financial statements. She makes a great contribution to the TFJG team to strengthen the department as we continue to grow."

Just recently with the sale of Springhouse she has stepped in when needed to wear many hats and to also help with a property in Norfolk. With splitting her time between 2 properties she has never hesitated and looks forward to her time at both locations.
