Welcome Bethany Masters

 New Volunteer & Events Manager

Join us in extending a warm welcome to Bethany Masters, VISTE’s new Volunteer & Events Manager! Bethany recently moved to Lakeland from New York and has a background in human resources, nursing, business management, and psychology. She also has extensive volunteer experience. Bethany will oversee all aspects of VISTE’s volunteer program. Patty Johnson will continue to serve VISTE as part-time Volunteer Assistant. VISTE Cares 2023 | Personal Care Boxes

Thanks to everyone who sponsored, donated, packed, and delivered personal care boxes to bring cheer and hope to local seniors in need! Volunteers delivered 400 care boxes to VISTE’s most financially vulnerable clients in June. We were touched by the many thank-you notes we received from clients, including the following:

“The personal care box was very nice – all good items! For those of us who are retirees on limited incomes, these boxes are a big blessing. Today was a day like Christmas! Another plus was that the volunteer who delivered mine was the daughter of a former pastor. Many thanks, with prayers.” - Alice
