TICKETS
The full 4 day tickets are sold out but you can still get car show only tickets. If you just want to see the car show bands: DUANE EDDY, THE VENTURES, THE POLECATS, BIG SANDY & FLYRITE BOYS, BUZZ CAMPBEll and HOT ROD TRIO, your car show ticket will allow you to see those acts. Plus you can visit the vendors inside the hotel before 5pm on Fri, Sat & Sun.

BARCODE TICKETS By now you should have your barcoded tickets. When you get to the event we will scan your ticket and then give you the wristband. If you have not received your barcoded ticket then please email contact@vivalasvegas.net and we will email your confirmation with a link to print the tickets. Without the barcoded ticket you will not be able to get your wristband.
HOTEL CHECK IN
When you check into The Orleans and The Gold Coast, make sure you get your souvenir room keys that you can keep after VLV. At The Orleans you will also be given a map of the hotel and a full schedule.
SHUTTLES The shuttle buses run 24 hours a day between The Orleans and The Gold Coast from noon on Thursday until 3am Monday morning. If you are staying at The Palms you can walk across to The Gold Coast to pick up the shuttle.
THE COWBOY BOOT CUPS
The cowboy boot cups are back this year and you will be able to get them at The Crawfish Bar in The Orleans. There will be a whole load of special drink cups for the event: * Crawfish Bar - Sailor Jerry Rum - Red Cowboy Boot *8 Alligator Bar - Stoli Vodka - Hooka Cup *Brendans - Beers - Big beer bottle and skull cup *Big Als Pabst Bar - Pabst - Big Beer Bottle *Mardi Gras Bar - Tiki Cup *Bowling Bar - Bowling Pin * Pool - Coconut Glass *Masquerade Bar - Tiki Cup BURLESQUE SHOW TICKETS Your Full 4 day wristband also gets you admission to the VLV BURLESQUE SHOWCASE and THE VLV BURLESQUE COMPETITION but demand is high for these shows. To get in you will need a seating voucher. These are given free to those of you with a wristband until all vouchers have gone. They are one per person and are for 4 day wristband wearers only. NEVER MISS A BAND - DOWNLOAD BAND TIMES TO YOUR PHONE OR COMPUTER New this year, on the website, under each band is a button to press to download the playing time into your phone or computers calendar. Then you can set an alarm on your phone to remind you before the band plays. Click here to access the schedule.
HOTEL & CASINO RULES The staff of The Orleans Hotel want you to have the best time possible so that have just a few rules for inside the casino. - No outside food or drink in the casino. - No glass bottles, glasses etc - No coolers - No packaged liquor. - No bottles liquor. - No motorcycle or gang colors. - No pets - Must be over 21 to be in Brendans or Big Als Pabst Bar. CAR SHOW RULES And they also want you to enjoy the car show so the rules there are: - No dogs
- No ice chests can be carried in
- No BBQ's
- No fires
- No selling from cars
- No burnouts
- No glass bottles
- No cruising in parking lots
- No bicycles
- No gang colors (including motorcycle)
- No weapons
- No fighting
CAMERAS Cameras of all types are welcome in all of the VLV venues and at the car show. We do not have any restrictions. Very occasionally a band may request that they are not photographed or filmed. We ask that you respect their wishes. No photography is allowed in the gambling areas of the casino. ROOMS FOR VLV16 IN 2013 Yes, that date is coming up fast. If you want to make sure your room is in The Orleans for VLV16 in 2013, you can start booking rooms on WEDNESDAY APRIL 4th 2012. The dates for VLV16 are MARCH 28th - 31st 2013. CONTACT We go to Vegas nearly a week before VLV to get prepared. During that time we will be busy but may be a bit slower at answering emails and phone calls. Many answers can be found on the web site so please check the FAQ page first.
