2016 VIX Stonehouse
Stonehouse is our take on a Rhone classic. The composition varies slightly from year to year but they are based on traditional GSM blends. Medium full with blue / purple fruits and notes of violets and warm vanilla. Matured 32 months in French oak, 40% new. Excellent with lamb, and roast chicken.

2021 Straight Out Of Paso Rose
Historically a blend of grenache, mourvedre and syrah but this year we added a little splash of albariño to lighten and brighten the blend just a bit. Light to medium weight and still dry as usual with bright notes of red raspberry, red currant and strawberry.

2020 VIX Tempranillo
100% Tempranillo. Dark purple with a magenta rim, this wine explodes with concentrated aromas of ripe plum, boysenberry, and cassis fruit. With additional notes of ground pepper, umami, cedar, and cacao it hits the palette with dazzling purity of fruit, full bodied richness, and structure. Rich tannins help frame the wine leading to an exceptional finish. Fermented in open top concrete and stainless steel tanks and aged for 28 months in French oak barrels, 50% new and 50% once used. Unfined and Unfiltered. This bolder styled Tempranillo would pair nicely with steak, gourmet burgers, of rack of lamb.

2017 VIX Stonehouse
72% Grenache and 28% Syrah. Stonehouse is our take on a Rhone classic. The Grenache really shines through with raspberry, bing cherry, and cranberry notes, and the addition of Syrah helps bring the soft, earthy tones, and an elegant, long finish. Matured 32 months in French oak, 40% new. Excellent with lamb, and roast chicken.

2020 VIX Let It Roll
42% Petit Verdot, 29% Carignan, and 29% Graciano.Deep and inky purple in the glass, this wine presents intense aromas of dark black fruits, ranging from blackberry to blueberries.Featuring intense dark fruit, paired with sweet tobacco, clove, raspberry jam and a hint of vanilla builds a composed character on the nose that is accentuated on the palate. Fermented in open top concrete and stainless steel tanks 20% Whole cluster and aged for 22 months in 228L French oak barrels, 40% new and 60% once used. Unfined and Unfiltered. Food pairing. Due to the wine's healthy acidity, meat based dishes such as grilled chorizo and stuffed lamb make a great pairing.

2018 Straight Out Of Paso Zinfandel
A bit more toward the medium weight side of the scale - not as heavy as the SOP cabernet - with delicate, toasty, vanilla notes and dark, blackberry fruit. Like biting into a fresh blackberry with all the dark, plump fruit and balanced, bright acidity to match. Great with barbecue.

2018 VIX Pinot Noir
Truly an excellent bottle which absolutely blossoms with a little time in the decanter. Medium, ruby-purple with lovely aromas of blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and touch of a woodsy spicy cedar like notes. The wine is medium-bodied with a wonderful, silky texture. Matured 24 months in 30% new French oak.

2020 VIX Carignan
Initial notes of cured meats, dried cranberry and baking spices.
Developing subtle nuances of roasted coffee, cinnamon and herbs. The palette is exceedingly vibrant and juicy making the wine feel light to medium bodied. With very low pH and remarkable acidity the wine remains fresh and lifted as it transitions to a mouthwatering finish.

2019 VIX Reserve
40% Syrah, 20% Petite Sirah, 20% Carignan and 20% Graciano. Jet black in the glass this wine displays hedonistic aromas of plum and blackberry preserve followed by undertones of violet, vanilla and saline minerality on the nose. The palette is very compressed and acid driven giving the wine a lively feel despite its darker appearance. The syrah and petite sirah provide ample richness while the Carignan and Graciano provide mouth watering acidity that lingers minutes after each taste.

100 % Cab Franc Crimson with a ruby red core, this wine boasts scents of dried strawberries, black cherries, bell pepper, and crushed gravel.
