The Vail Multi-List Service (VMLS) has updated its
Rules & Regulations.


Greetings!

VMLS has adopted mandatory rule changes from the National Association of REALTORS®️ (NAR). These rule changes were approved by the NAR Board of Directors in San Diego in November 2021.    
 
The Rules & Regulations are the rules all Participants and Subscribers must adhere to for participation in the VMLS.  Along with the adoption of these Rules & Regulations, VMLS must adopt specific policies mandated by NAR. VMLS has adopted the required policies. 
 
There are three (3) new rules and updates to three established rules.  A copy of the new Rules and Regulations is attached to this email along with a summary and brief explanation of the changes incorporated into the attached rules and related policy changes.
