Compliance is completed daily, but we encourage members to report violations that we may have overlooked.
A friendly reminder that we do NOT report back to the reporting party on the outcome. Violations are handled at the MLS level, and on almost all violations, a courtesy warning is issued before any fines.
In an effort to help educate on rules, we like to provide warnings as often as possible. We are here to help and encourage our members to call anytime with questions.
Participants and subscribers have two (2) business days in which to respond or correct the issue.
