April marks National Stress Awareness Month. Stress can affect your body, thoughts, feelings, and behavior. Stress left unchecked can lead to depression and anxiety, which can negatively impact your quality of life. Being able to recognize common symptoms of stress can help you manage them. Understanding stress can help you identify healthy coping mechanisms versus unhealthy coping mechanisms.


Simone—a mental health therapist with years of experience working with college students—provided this presentation to help identify, understand, and deal with stress.
