JNESO addressed the most recent issues of patient-caregiver mask/face covering concerns with management. Management has stated they still require patient face-covering/masks and is discussed with the patient-caregiver during the Welcome Call.
THE PATIENT/CAREGIVER NEEDS TO COVER THEIR MOUTH AND NOSE WITH CLOTH FACE COVERING OR MASK DURING ALL VISITS!
THE FACE-COVERING CAN BE A SCARF, ETC IF NONE ARE AVAILABLE AT THE PATIENT VISIT, MANAGEMENT STATED THEY WILL PROVIDE. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ADDITIONAL MASKS, CONTACT YOUR MANAGER TO PICK0UP SOT HAT YOU HAVE IN THESE SITUATIONS.

IF PATIENTS REFUSE, STEP OUT AND CALL YOUR MANAGER!
