UNIFORM (UPDATE)
We are aware there may have been inaccurate information provided in the prior weeks regarding uniform allowances.

At our monthly Labor Management Meeting, management informed us that this information has been corrected and the VNA is aware of the contract allotment regarding uniforms. Please see your manager about ordering the contracted uniform allotment.
UNIFORM REMINDERS
Members may have received an Excel order form to order your uniform clothing items. Please note that as per the recently ratified JNESO contracts, you are entitled to the following:
HOME HEALTH & HOSPICE EMPLOYEES: will be provided, three (3) shirts, one (1) sweater, and one (1) jacket. One (1) shirt will be provided each additional year of the contract. Three (3) lab coats will be provided to employees who currently receive them. 

CFHI EMPLOYEES: will be provided two (2) shirts, with one (1) shirt provide each additional year of the contract.

FQHC EMPLOYEES: are to be provided three (3) lab coats within 3 to 6 months of contract ratification.
You should receive a contact person to return your order form, if you have not, contact your manager.
