OK VOTER GUIDE

Nov 5, 2024

(early voting starts Oct 30-Nov 2)

NOTE: This voter guide provides our recommendations in Oklahoma elections in which we are familiar. There are some races that we may miss or don't have the information needed to make a suggestion. We cover Tulsa County/Wagoner County areas more extensively, but do our best to cover the major elections in other counties and across the state.

HERE ARE OUR RECOMMENDATIONS for the Nov 5 elections:

Note: For additional information on the differences in platform between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris Click here for a comparison of where they stand.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN

THE DEMOCRAT AND REPUBLICAN PLATFORMS?

Unsure whether to vote Republican or Democrat? What are the differences in platform? LOTS. Know who and what you are voting for. Click here to read the Platform comparisons.

PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION

  • Donald Trump - My Choice

People need to remember that elections are not popularity contests. Neither should we vote for someone based on the color of skin, gender or age. Elections should be based on who is most qualified. Period. Was our country stronger and more prosperous 4 years ago? Without a doubt. There is ONE candidate the globalists hate. They do not even try to hide their attempts to destroy, imprison and/or assassinate him. Ask yourself why. Because he is the only one running who stands in their way of total takeover of our nation. Whether we like him or not is irrelevant. If we want America to remain free, if we want our children and grandchildren to live in a country where they have a choice and the ability to work hard and prosper, there is only one choice.

  • Kamala Harris - D
  • Chase Oliver - Libertarian
  • Chris Garrity - Independent
  • Robert F Kennedy, Jr - Dropped out of the race

Oklahoma Elections have been threatened. We have audio of a Tulsa County Election Board member threatening me and candidates. Click here to hear his threats against myself and several candidates. Why didn't Paul Ziriax, who leads the Oklahoma Election Board, require this man to step down? He ignored these threats. Why was this man allowed to be put on the Election Board when he had been under investigation for possible absentee ballot harvesting? Does that make sense? Why has Governor Stitt STILL not called for an investigation? If you want election integrity, it starts here. Please Email Gov Stitt and ask him why he has ignored these threats to election integrity by an election board member!

NOTE: If you already emailed Gov Stitt once, please do it again. We want election integrity and it begins with our election boards and having people of integrity on them--not those who threaten candidates and anyone who asks questions to protect our elections.

OKLAHOMA CORPORATE COMMISSIONER:

Who to choose? Williams challenged everything in COVID and has fought against governmental attempts to take Oklahoman's property. While there is lots we don't know about this guy, those are positive aspects. Bingman has filled lots of positions during his long political career, but is missing backbone. He is part of the good 'ol boys club which can be seen by the endorsements. The concern is he isn't going to stand strong where needed. Spradling refers to himself as both conservative and moderate. Seems he is trying to play both sides. He needs to pick a side--which overall he has, I suppose, by running as a Democrat. But his not taking a strong stand on who he is doesn't sit well.

  • Chad Williams (I) - Libertarian - My Choice

  • Brian Bingman (R)

  • Harold Spralding (D)

UNITED STATES REPRESENTATIVE

Dist 1

  • Kevin Hern (R) - My Choice
  • Mark Garcia Sanders (I)
  • Dennis Baker (D)

Dist 2

  • Josh Brecheen (R) - My Choice
  • Brandon Wade (D)
  • Ronnie Hopkins (I)

Dist 4

  • Tom Cole (R)
  • Mary Brannon (D)
  • James Stacy (I)

Dist 5

  • Stephanie Bice (R)
  • Madison Horn (D)

SUPREME COURT RETENTION:

No to all three. Why? They have been rewriting Oklahoma law rather than following it. For example, according to Oklahoma's law, abortion was allowed in the event that the mother's life was in danger, but pretty much banned otherwise per a 1910 statute. (By the way, despite political rhetoric, it has always been legal if the mother's life is in danger.) However these judges took it upon themselves to ignore our law and essentially create abortion on demand through the first trimester in Oklahoma. These three also imposed their own will so that the 10 Commandments statue in front of the Capitol building ruling it had to be removed. We need judges who follow the law, not re-interpret it according to their political stance.

  • Dist 3 - Noma Gurich - NO!
  • Dist 4 - Yvonne Kauger - NO!
  • Dist 7 - James Edmonson - NO!

For more info on these judges click here.

COURT OF CRIMINAL APPEALS

  • Dist 1 - William Musseman - YES - Retain
  • Dist 4 - Scott Rowland - YES - Retain
  • Dist 5 - David B. Lewis - NO!

COURT OF CIVIL APPEALS

  • Robert D. Bell - No - Do not retain
  • 20 years on the bench. Appointed by Gov Henry

  • Timothy Downing - Yes - Retain
  • 2 years on the bench. Appointed by Gov Stitt

  • Brian Goree - No - Do not retain
  • 12 years on the bench. Appointed by Gov. Fallin

  • Bay Mitchell - No - Do not retain
  • 22 years on the bench. Appointed by Gov Keating

  • Thomas Prince - YES- Retain
  • 3 years on the bench. Appointed by Gov. Stitt

  • Jim Huber - YES - Retain
  • 1.5 years on the bench. Appointed by Gov. Stitt

Judges are the hardest ones to get info on don't you think? Here's one source that everyone can use to begin with. We go further in our research, but here is something we can all use as a place to start to look up background. https://bit.ly/ResearchJudges

STATE QUESTIONS:

SQ833 - VOTE NO! Adds a new section to the OK Constitution - VOTE NO!!!!!!

One of the co-sponsors of this bill says, "it creates a great balance between protecting private property rights and allowing our cities and towns to have the flexible tools they need..."

That should put the fear of God in every voter when you realize what he is saying. There doesn't need to be a "balance" about protecting private property rights. They should be protected PERIOD!

If passed this would AMEND/CHANGE our Constitution to allow large investment firms and developers to purchase large amounts of acreage in rural areas, create a PID which would make future property owners pay for ALL of the infrastructure (only takes one vote since the developer is the sole owner of the land) and then they can subdivide the acreage into housing tracts. These PID bonds are how the federally backed investors, federally funded corporations, and our local governments come up with the matching funds required for the billions in federal grants being doled out to accomplish, implement and install the green infrastructure and 15 minute city infrastructure. This is another tactic of the federally backed banks implementing net-zero financing, getting control of our natural resources, and taxing the people out of private property ownership.  This is HORRIBLE for Oklahoma citizens/property owners and GREAT for banks, federally funded corporations, etc.

SQ834 - Clarifies that only Citizens of the U.S. are qualified to vote in the state. VOTE YES!

This should be a no brainer. According to the Constitution only citizens are supposed to be able to have this privilege. However, it has become necessary that we reinforce the language to ensure that everyone is clear that only legitimate US Citizens can register and qualify to vote.

OKLAHOMA SENATE:

(Dist 3)

  • Dr. Julie McIntosh (R) - My choice.
  • Margaret Cook (I)

In my opinion, Dr. McIntosh decided to run for all the right reasons. She was tired of liberal laws getting passed and conservative ones blocked. She decided to go do something about. Margaret doesn't appear to get what is going on in the education realm. Good heart but wrong discernment. Just my opinion.

(Dist 7)

  • Warren Hamilton (R) - My choice.
  • Jerry Donathan (D)

(Dist 15)

  • Lisa Standridge (R) - My Choice
  • Elizabeth Foreman (D)

(Dist 21)

  • Randy Grellner (R) - My Choice
  • Robin Fuxa (D)

(Dist 25)

  • Brian Guthrie - (R) My choice

(Dist 43)

(Dist 47)

  • Kelly Hines (R) - My choice.
  • Erin Brewer (D)

OK HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES:

(Dist 1)

  • Victoria Lawhorn (I - Libertarian)

Victoria ranked pretty well on the OKHPR.com survey (Oklahomans for Health and Parental Rights). Not a lot known about her, but Eddy has been a disappointment. Perhaps time for new blood.

  • Eddy Dempsey (R)

Eddy has a low score as far as voting for Oklahoman's conservative rights. He has had 4 years in the Oklahoma House

(Dist 12)

  • Mark Chapman (R) - My choice
  • Chrystal LaGrone (D)

(Dist 16)

  • Scott Fetgatter (R) - My choice
  • Rosie Lynch (D)

(Dist 20)

  • Jonathan Wilk (R) - My choice
  • Mitchell Jacob (D)

(Dist 26)

  • Dell Kerbs (R) - My choice
  • Kerri Keck (D)

(Dist 34)

  • Andrew Muchmore (R) - My choice
  • Trish Ranson (D)

(Dist 37)

  • Ken Luttrell (R) - My choice

Ken's history is just ok. Wish he was a stronger conservative that I could give a double thumbs up. But between him and Carter, who has no history to work from and not much work experience, I would choose Ken.

  • Carter Rogers (I)

(Dist 38)

  • John Pfeiffer (R)
  • Doyle Lewis (D)

(Dist 39)

(Dist 41)

  •   Denise Crosswhite Hader (R) Incumbent - My choice

  • Cassie Kinett (I)

(Dist 45)

  • Matt Watson (R)
  • Annie Menz (D)
  • Robert Murphy (I) Libertarian

(Dist 46)

  • Alexander Torvei (R) - My choice
  • Joshua Rosecrants (D)

(Dist 62)

  • Daniel Pae (R) - My choice
  • Allison Offield (D)

(Dist 63)

(Dist 64)

  • Rande Worthen (R) - My choice
  • Tom Sutherlin (D)

(Dist 66)

  • Clay Staires (R) - My choice
  • Kenneth Blevins (I) Libertarian

(Dist 70)

  • Brad Banks (R) - My choice
  • Suzanne Schreiber

(Dist 74)

  • Mark Vancuren (R) - My choice
  • Aaron Brent (I)

(Dist 79)

  • Paul Hassink (R) - My choice
  • Paul is a hard worker, a straight shooter and honest. That is what we need of our elected officials. Which is way more than could be said for his opponent.

  • Melissa Provenzano (D)
  • Schools lost $59 million dollars in federal grant money which was for teacher training, tutoring for students who are falling behind, and to add phonics in every classroom but Melissa didn't bother to show up to vote for it. It was her job to fight for our schools and us and she has failed.

(Dist 83)

  • Eric Roberts (R) - My choice
  • Jimmy Lawson (D)

(Dist 84)

  • Tammy West (R) - My choice
  • Jerry Lamb (D)

(Dist 85)

  • David Hooten (R) - My choice
  • Cyndi Munson (D)

Cyndi scored an "F" for voting against Oklahoman's rights

(Dist 86)

  • David Hardin (R) - My choice
  • David is the incumbent and has a proven track record of consistently voting for his constituents.
  • Anne Fite (D)

(Dist 87)

  • Dave Schnittger (R) - My Choice

  • Ellyn Hefner (D) - Ellyn joins a select group which could be referred to as "Enemy of the State." She received an "F" on the legislative scorecard of how she voted regarding Oklahoman's rights.

(Dist 88)

  • Bobby McCollum (I)
  • I can't find a lot about McCollum. Candidates all tell you what you want to hear, but it's what they say and their history that tell the story and just not a lot out there. However, based on Pogemiller's campaign and stand which is clear, I would vote McCollum.

  • Ellen Pogemiller (D)

Ellen clearly doesn't understand some of the important issues regarding education in Oklahoma. She is mad about money going to using the Bible as a curriculum on history, but seems fine with the money going to indoctrinate our kids on transgenderism. A strong no!

(Dist 90)

  • Emily Gise (R) - My choice
  • Nana Dankwa (D)

(Dist 94)

  • Suzanne Jobe (R) - My choice
  • Andy Fugate (D)
  • Andy also received an "F" on the legislative scorecard on how he voted regarding Oklahoman's rights.

(Dist 95)

  • Max Wolfey (R) - My choice
  • Tegan Malone (D)

(Dist 98)

  • Gabe Woolley (R) - My choice

Gabe has already shown himself to be a someone who will stand up to corruption and work to change it. That is why he ran for office in the first place as his family has fought valiantly in an uphill battle against injustice within DHS.

  • Cathy Smythe (D)

(Dist 100)

  • Marilyn Stark (R)
  • Chaunte Gilmore (D)

TULSA COUNTY

Mayor

It's sad that these are the two choices as I don't think they are representative of the values of the majority of Tulsans. However, people didn't get out and vote in the August 27 election and the result is this.

  • Karen Keith (D) - My Choice
  • Monroe Nichols (D)

Monroe scored an "F" as far during his time in the Oklahoma House voting against Oklahoman's rights. Actions are indicators.

County Commissioner Dist #2

  • Lonnie Sims (R) - My Choice

I appreciated Lonnie's hard work to get the Women's Bill of Rights passed recently in the Oklahoma legislature, which was a hard battle to get it voted in. Karen Keith, who was previously in this seat, was ignoring that bill...Kudos to Sims for his work there.

  • Sarah Gray (D) -

Gray is against parents having voice in regards to their children's education in favor of OEA and school administrators making those choices for the parents.

TULSA CITY COUNCIL:

Dist 2:

  • Stephanie Reisdorph (R) - My Choice
  • Stephanie's background as a mental health professional, plus working with law enforcement to develop programs for young people to keep them out of trouble are certainly a benefit in having her in this position.

  • Anthony Archie (R) stands for RINO - In the past was registered as an Independent, but changed Party affiliation the end of last year so he could run as a Republican. But he's not one. He is very liberal but trying desperately to hide it. He can run from his past, but he can't hide. Who is he? One who seeks to divide. A video made the rounds of his stumping for BLM and "systemic racism" and threatening pastors. His campaign manager deceptively edited the link to remove Archie. She claimed he wasn't there. When confronted about her lie that she edited out Archie, she refused to remove her social media lie about it. We gave her a chance and him to come clean. It was declined. So click here for the proof of the first 6 minutes of his 15 min speech. https://bit.ly/AnthonyArchieII

Dist 7

  • Eddie Huff (R) - My Choice
  • A man of integrity who has had a voice for conservative values in Tulsa for years. He's a straight shooter. We need someone like him on the council.

  • Lori Decter-Wright (D) - incumbent

I've sat in numerous City Council meetings where Lori has shared false narratives in order to push her agenda through. She was responsible for many business' going under during COVID pushing for mandates that harmed small business owners in Tulsa. We need City councilors FOR the people, not working against them.

Dist 9

  • Jayme Fowler(R) - My Choice
  • Carol Bush - (R)

Bush was a huge disappointment when serving as an OK Representative. One of the more egregious areas was when she didn't vote to protect females from predators in their bathroom and changing room spaces. She definitely doesn't need to be elected.

WAGONER COUNTY:

County Commissioner:

  • Randy Stamps (R) - My choice
  • Dustin Dorr
