AzMERIT Testing Continues, Grades 6-11
Students in grades 6-11 will be taking writing, reading, and math tests this month (schedule linked above). On days of testing, students will meet in the assigned testing room listed on the schedule and posted around campus. If you have headphones, bring them to each testing session. There is no extra studying required for these tests--just plan to rest well and do your best!

Significance of the Tests
The work our students do on AzMERIT represents their knowledge of fundamental concepts and is shared with teachers, in addition to being reported to the state and to parents: please ask that your students put in their best effort to "show what they know" in the most accurate way. Always feel free to ask teachers if you have questions.

To Prepare
Information on specific tests and samples can be found linked here. Middle-school students are also welcome to practice with the ELA resources Mr. Dean introduced in his letter here
