REMINDER:

To view or receive updates on your PM (Progress Monitoring) dates, you must enroll your VPK children through the Provider Portal. Changes may take up to 48 hours.

Required Yearly FAST Training

The required yearly FAST Administrator training is now available through Educator Academy. This training must be completed before administration of PM1.

Required Documentation

Each test administrator must have the following three documents uploaded to the 2025–26 FAST Test Administrators folder in the Provider Portal Document Library:

1. Valid Certificate or DCF Transcript showing completion of the course titled "VPK FAST STAR Early Literacy Test Administrators".

• Training must be dated May 1, 2025, or later to count for the 2025–2026 school year.

2. Test Administration and Security Agreement – Printed and signed (digital signatures not accepted).

3. Test Administrator Prohibited Activities Agreement – Printed and signed (digital signatures not accepted).

Emergent Literacy Trainings by the Division of Early Learning (DEL)

All VPK lead instructors must complete three 5-hour (15 hours total) emergent literacy courses and the Implementing the Florida Standards in the Preschool Classroom: 3 Years Old to Kindergarten standards training course (online VFSP online or SPC3TK instructor-led).
