New Features to Support Your Fitness Goals

VEBA is excited to announce recent upgrades to the VRC - Kearny Mesa fitness center! To continually support your health and fitness goals, the fitness center has been freshly outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment and a brand-new recovery room. Come check out the upgrades, including the new:

FREE WEIGHTS – dumbbells ranging from 2-55 lbs.
Functional trainer (cable machine)
TRX® Suspension Trainer
Adjustable workout benches
Recumbent bike
BOSU® balance trainer

NEW RESOURCE: Recovery Room

Research shows that recovery is key to any fitness program – especially one that prioritizes resistance training. Proper recovery allows your body to rebuild muscle tissue and replenish energy – so you’re ready to tackle your next workout.

Your new VRC - Kearny Mesa recovery room is now open, and has been well-stocked with a wide range of massage/recovery tools:

Hypersphere (massage ball)
Rogue® recovery products

Did you know? Recovery tools are versatile! They can be used to warm up your muscles pre-workout by encouraging blood flow, and post-workout to:
