Tutoring for Veterans and military connected students is available this semester from 1 - 3 PM on Wednesdays, via the Virtual Student Success Center in Canvas: https://cuesta.instructure.com/courses/23068

WE HAVE MOVED TO CANVAS!!!
Step 1:
  • Add the Student Success Center to your Canvas Click this link to add the Student Success Center in Canvas (you may be prompted to sign in with your MyCuesta username and password) 
  • Select "Enroll in Course" (no enrollment fees will be applied)
  • Select "Go to Course" This is where you go to login for all live tutoring sessions in Zoom! If you are new to Zoom, visit the Zoom Help Center for directions for your specific device and operating system. 
  • Please use headphones when possible to minimize audio feedback! 
Step 2: Click on the link at the bottom of the page to enter the Virtual Student Success Center
Step 3: A host will greet you and move you into a Zoom room with a tutor - this is called a Break Out Room
Riley is still available for Math tutoring drop in hours for Veteran Students!

  • Was the last time you used your GI-Bill benefits at Cuesta College?
  • Last semester did you pass ALL your classes with a C or better? (NO C- or below)

College of the Canyons and the California Department of Veterans Affairs---California Transition Assistance Program (CalTAP) would like to invite student veterans to attend the first event in an upcoming webinar series, which will highlight benefits and services available to veterans and their family members.

The first event will cover strategies for maximizing your
education benefits. In partnership with CalTAP, various speakers will provide you with a wealth of information that can assist you and your family as a student veteran.
