Just wanted to give you a quick update on how our first quarter was…record setting!
Wow! As of this past Monday, listings on VROCNJ had only 11.8% vacancy left for the 10 summer weeks (6/26/2021– 9/4/2021)! So…basically sold out!
How did we do?
While our entire first quarter was outstanding, March was on fire! In March alone we had over 200,000 page views (last year, we only had 23,000!) that’s over an 800% increase!
Our other marketing metrics are doing extremely well too. We are still #1 on Google, CONSISTENTLY week after week, for the top 20 search phrases for vacation rentals OCNJ! We are also seeing more and more “brand” searches (for VROCNJ) which proves our traditional marketing is doing its job, building awareness for our brand. It will be even better next year once our summer campaigns run!
How can we improve?
The only area we are lagging in, is new listing growth! While over 90% of our owners are renewing, we only had a handful of new signups in March. To keep this marketing machine marching forward, we need to keep adding new listings. That’s where we are hoping YOU can help us?
