Module 6: Mosaic Customer Development

The Mosaic approach of Customer Development Training expounds upon the concept that all people (including customers) have individual “lenses” through which we view the world. Through those lenses we make all of the decisions within our lives, when they are pieced together like a mosaic, will form a greater view of who we are and what we really want.
 
Because this complete 8-module training series was designed to prepare the team for organization change, this module had a strong focus on the internal and external customer.

Under the first 6 Modules, you will put the three Mental Health & Wellness Modules

Mental Health Modules: Module 1: Optimal Wellness | Module 2: Thriving in Times of Crisis | Module 3: Effective Stress Management

Through the three Mental Health & Wellness Modules below, provides tools and information to help employees...Reflect, Renew & Recharge in order to complete the journey that lies ahead and get to the desired destination as individuals and as a team.

Module 1: Optimal Wellness

Wellness is very important to experiencing success in the 21st century workplace. Based on the trust built during the first two modules, the team was guided through a personal empowerment experience that helped them to assess and make steps to improve their optimal wellness. Thereby, giving them tools to be a positive and productive part of the team.

These three modules have the collective goal of guiding the team members to make strides to achieve optimal wellness by:


Valuing Self: This includes having healthy emotional, cognitive, and physical habits; and engaging in meaningful and rewarding activities. 

Finding Balance and Purpose: This includes having a sense of balance, meaning, and purpose in life; having meaningful beliefs and practices; and being able to adapt to change and cope successfully with adversity. Team members will learn how to thrive in a time of crisis.

Connecting with Others: This includes having compassion for others; identifying with a community; and having meaningful, rewarding, and supportive relationships. 

Module 2: This Mission Possible: Thriving in Time of Crisis Module provided tools to empowered the team to have a positive attitude and enthusiastic outlook during challenging times and difficult situations. This type of attitude can catapult the agency to victory and success despite the obstacles you may face during the turbulent times of change and uncertainty.

Module 3: The Effective Stress Management Module provided tools to help manage the frustration, anxiety, repetitive thoughts, indecisiveness, suspicious, and depression that arise in our life as a result of workplace challenges. A VSC mental health expert provided the team with the information, tools and resources needed to reduce stress and promote mental wellness. Thereby, having a positive impact on the team.

What's Your FLAVA? Team Take-Aways

  • Learning my colleague's flava and realizing that we have the same thoughts when it comes to the culture of our organization.
  • We were able to find our weak points and strong points through collaboration.

I tend to not want to engage in conversation with this personalities because I found them rather weak or annoying and loud. Now that I understand the flava profile at least I can make efforts to digest them and go from there.
