VSI 2021 Registration has officially opened! Please see below for all the necessary details and instructions for enrolling children as campers or junior counselors.
VSI PROGRAM REGISTRATION + COSTS
A payment link will be sent to you once all the below forms have been completed (demographics, medical, consent and curriculum forms) and all information is received and reviewed.
Spots in the program are only confirmed once payment is received on a first-come first-serve basis.
Registration costs will be slightly different this year:
Campers aged 10-15 : $200 USD
Junior Counselors aged 16-18 : $137.50 USD
*If an in-person option becomes available for US residents, costs will be adjusted for any campers or junior counselors who wish to attend.
CAMPER REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Participant(s) must be 10 years old by July 31, 2021 (first day of VSI) to be eligible for the program. Please note that the age requirement for the program is 10-15 years old.

Step 1: Start the registration process by filling out the Camper Registration Form using the following link:
Step 2: Fill out a Medical Form for each participant that you are registering using the following link:
Step 3: Fill out and electronically sign the Consent Form using the following link (this only needs to be completed once for all participants that you are registering):
Step 4: Fill out a Curriculum Form for each participant that you are registering using the following link:
Once you have completed all four steps, please give us approximately 1 week to review your application package. We will send you a confidential payment link once we have confirmed that we have received all components of your application package.
This link will be forwarded to the email provided under the 'Primary Parent/Guardian' section of the Camper Registration Form. Participants will be considered registered once the full payment has been received (unless other arrangements have already been made with the VSI Directors).
JUNIOR COUNSELOR (JC) REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
JC applicant must be 16 years old by July 31, 2021 (first day of VSI) to be eligible for the program. Please note that the age requirement for the program is 16-18 years old.
After the application form has been completed, the JC Leads will review the application and contact the applicants to provide further details about the application process.
Once the JC has been accepted into the program, all additional required forms will be provided to the JC and their parent(s). As soon as all forms and the program payment have been received and confirmed, the JC participant will be officially registered.
*Please note: To maintain the focus and quality of the JC program, there will be a maximum of 20 JCs accepted into the program. However, the temple also provides additional learning opportunities and programs for all youth, which can be attended throughout the year.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
Registration will close on Saturday, May 1, 2021. However, judging from previous years, we should reach capacity within a couple of days. Hence, we urge you to complete the application process early, if you are interested.
If you are registering participants aged 10-15, please ensure that you complete all the necessary forms (demographics, medical, consent and curriculum forms). Once all necessary forms are completed, you will receive the payment form. After the full payment is received, your child(ren) will be guaranteed a spot.
