Dear Friends and Supporters,

February has been a month filled with compassion, collaboration, and meaningful impact across VT Seva chapters. From inspiring learning opportunities through the Next Step career readiness series to heartfelt Valentine’s Day service activities that spread joy within our communities, our volunteers continue to embody the true spirit of seva.

We warmly invite everyone to join KRUTHI, a virtual event to meet our dear Nethra and Tribal schools students. We also celebrate the inspiring accomplishments of students, whose achievements continue to reflect resilience, talent, and opportunity made possible through your support.

As preparations begin for the VT Seva Summer Internship, we encourage passionate youth to step forward, sign up, and experience a transformative journey of service, leadership, and global impact. Across the country, our growing school clubs are empowering young leaders to serve their communities and lead with purpose.

As we move ahead together, these initiatives remind us that every act of service, big or small, creates lasting change. Thank you to all volunteers, supporters, and leaders who make this journey possible.

Spreading Love Throgh Service

This Valentine’s Day, while many celebrated with flowers and chocolates, VT Seva volunteers across the nation chose to spread love through compassion, kindness, and service.

To highlight a few, the VT Seva Atlanta Lambert High School Club organized a creative activity where students made colorful flowers and heartfelt cards to share joy with loved ones. VT Seva Austin volunteers supported families staying at Ronald McDonald House Charities, bringing comfort and care during challenging times. VT Seva Bay Area volunteers prepared Valentine’s cards and gifts for seniors at Vista Manor Nursing Center. VT Seva Detroit volunteers packed essential food supplies supporting nearly 900 families and helped package 1,857 pounds of food in partnership with Forgotten Harvest.

From crafting smiles to fighting food insecurity, VT Seva volunteers demonstrated that love is most powerful when shared through service. Across the nation, our volunteers came together with one mission to ensure that no one feels forgotten on a day meant to celebrate love.

High School Club Spotlight

VT Seva High School clubs are a shining example of youth leadership in action. Through a wide range of activities in their schools and neighborhoods, students are making a meaningful difference in their communities. From service projects and awareness campaigns to creative initiatives that bring people together, these young changemakers demonstrate compassion, teamwork, and dedication. Beyond community impact, the clubs also serve as a platform for developing strong leadership skills, empowering board members to organize, inspire, and lead with purpose. Together, they embody the spirit of service as they prepare to become the leaders of tomorrow.

This month, we shine a spotlight on VT Seva’s High School club at WEST Forsyth High School in Atlanta. From leading impactful service projects in their school to extending their efforts into the neighborhood, these students are building a culture of compassion and action. South Forsyth High School VTS Club truly reflects the spirit of service and leadership that VT Seva stands for.
