CHILDREN'S MINISTRY SPRING/SUMMER EVENTS
Spring is in full bloom and summer is right around the corner, which means things are really heating up in Vineville’s ministry program! There are several fun events coming up for you to enjoy with your presence and/or service. Make sure to check them all out!

This coming Sunday at 4:00 p.m. in the CLC, Lee Bryan, That Puppet Guy, will be here as part of our Music and the Arts series. He will entertain us with the show titled “The Big Bad Little Red Pig Show,” a mash-up of “The Three Little Pigs” and “Little Red Riding Hood.” Lee was here a few years ago, and the puppet show was great fun for all ages!

Our children’s choirs have been busy and are excited to share their spring concert with you on Wednesday, May 4th at 6:00 in the CLC. Our Hosanna preschool choristers will present “Tell Me the Stories of Jesus,” a collection of some favorite childhood songs, both old and new! The Oasis elementary choir will then regale you with the hilarious Simons Says: The Rockin’ Trial of Simon Peter. Simon Peter is on trial for proclaiming that Jesus is the Son of God, and his many friends, from fellow disciples to several Marys to Lazarus, testify on his behalf to prove this wonderful truth.

Food Truck Party VBS will get our summer going from June 13-17! During this fun week, children, aged 4K-5th grade (completed) will get on a roll with God, using the well-loved blessing prayer “God is great; God is good” to guide them through the week. 5th graders will again participate in mission projects around Macon this week. We need lots of adult and youth volunteers to help during VBS. You can register to volunteer and sign up your campers in Realm.

Lastly but certainly not least, we will have two camps this summer. Our Fun on the Farm Preschool Camp will take place June 27-30. Come down to the farm where we will be growin' in our friendship with Jesus! Then, at our elementary Summer Theatre Camp from July 18-22, our campers will learn songs and dialogue, build props and sets and perform the funny musical O Chicken of Little Faith. Great songs, fun dialogue, easy to learn, and impossible to forget! The cost for both of these camps is $75 each and you can sign up for them in Realm.

MUSIC & THE ARTS THIS SUNDAY AT 4PM
Bring the whole family this Sunday at 4:00 p.m. for our next Music & the Arts event, featuring That Puppet Guy (Lee Bryan). Lee's artistry combines both puppetry and music in a performance sure to entertain all ages. The program he will present is titled "The Big, Bad, Little Red, Pig Show." This fun, action-packed show takes two beloved childhood tales and spins them together, with the Big Bad Wolf working overtime trying to wreak havoc. At the conclusion, Lee will present a brief behind-the-scenes demonstration of the magic that goes into the show!
