Meg Puckett '04
Meg Puckett '04, has emerged as a prominent figure in the field of wild horse conservation. She holds the crucial role of herd manager at the Corolla Wild Horse Fund, where she acts as a guiding light for conservation efforts. Puckett was a double major, receiving her bachelor's degrees in English and in history from Virginia Wesleyan in 2004.

Registration is open for the fall session of no-cost online courses. These self-paced training courses can help improve your professional skill set—perfect for job seekers, business owners, students, recent graduates and volunteers. Courses include: Supervision and Management, Project Management, Personal Finance, Human Resources, Medical Assistant training, and more.
 
In-person workshops are also available on VWU's campus or at The Hive in Virginia Beach Town Center. New courses begin on August 17 and include CompTIA Certifications, Personal Trainer Certification, Supply Chain Management, Web Design, and Diversity in the Workplace Certification.
