Due to shipping delays beyond our control, we are rescheduling all appointments that had previously been on hold. Please refer to the following schedule for your new appointment date. You new appointment will be at the same time of day as your old appointment.

If you were scheduled to receive your 2nd dose of the Moderna vaccine, you will be okay to receive the 2nd dose up to 6 weeks after your first dose. The Moderna vaccine will still have the same effectiveness if it is administered up to 2 weeks after your scheduled appointment date.
