Redmond Partnership Site (Microsoft/Evergreen)

  • Details:
  • See attached email “Childcare Vaccine Access Invitation: Redmond Partnership Site” for invitation and additional details.
  • The attached “Know Before You Go” (in English only, unfortunately) outlines what childcare workers can expect for the vaccine appointment and includes directions.
  • Reminder, you have two options to connect childcare providers to appointments through this partnership:
  • You can use the attached excel document “VRAS Questionnaire Template” to gather childcare provider information to email to Microsoft/Evergreen. This spreadsheet has space for 100 patients (10 per tab) but we expect more appointments slots than that to be available in this partnership. Once you have populated the information for several community members, please advise Rick Chatterton with Microsoft/Evergreen. Please do not return the spreadsheet to Rick until he confirms that they will not be acting conversely to any HIPPA personal information requirements. If we cannot send this electronically, he will help us find an alternate method to get this information to their scheduling team. After Microsoft/Evergreen has the information from you/your coaches, they will confirm a convenient time for you/your coaches to have a member of their scheduling team call you/your coaches and schedule each individual on your list(s). If members on this list do not have email or access to a computer, Microsoft/Evergreen will send the confirmation email directly to you/your coaches, or someone you/your coaches designate. You and/or your client will be able to cancel or change the appointment by clicking links imbedded in the confirmation email.
  • Alternatively, you/your coaches can send to Rick Chatterton a list of names, phone numbers, and language support needed and he will have their scheduling team reach out directly to each individual to secure an appointment. Each interview takes approximately 10 minutes. Each of these community members will have the opportunity to choose their appointment time, dependent on availability, and will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions. In-language support would be available. Reminder that insurance status and SSN are not required to access vaccine.
  • Coaches or childcare workers can call the appointment line directly (please do not share this phone number—it is specific to this invitation-only opportunity): 425.899.4466. Unfortunately wait times may be long with this option. In-language support would be available.

Vaccination Transportation!

Advocacy Opportunity!
This strong Capital Gains Tax on extraordinary wealth is essential to turning our upside-down tax code right-side up and generating new revenue to invest in childcare. This bill was passed by the Senate last weekend and now needs to be passed by the House of Representatives so Governor Inslee can sign it into law.
