Cold red-grapes skin contact for 4 to 5 days allows the wine to develop its characteristiccolour, aroma and complexity.
The wine is then filtered and stored at 0�C. Refermentation follows in stainless steel tanks in the Strevi cellars,
where this special wine achieves its finalsweetness and sparkling chatacter.
DESCRIPTION
COLOUR: light ruby red. Lively pink mousse with a persistent perlage.
BOUQUET: intense, aromatic, varietal with hints of Bulgarian rose.

WINEMAKER'S NOTES
A soft red sparkling wine, made from Brachetto. This extremely aromatic, complexand historical grape variety grows only in the area of Acqui Terme,

pairing. What wine goes with these sweet treats? We will dare to pair and amaze your taste buds!

Mark Lenzi, co-owner of Franklin Liquors, was trained by the International Sommelier Guild and

is a Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) By The Society Of Wine Educators. Mark has just been

Certified as a California Wine Appellation Specialist (CWAS) By the San Francisco Wine School.
