Valero Publishes Environmental Justice Audit Report

Recently, Valero published on our ESJ website an Environmental Justice Audit Report that contained the results of an independent audit conducted by a third-party consultant with expertise in social & environmental justice practices. A community assessment and racial equity assessment were also commissioned from an independent civil rights expert.

"The Audit found that Valero’s commitment to environmental protection, community engagement and involvement, and community investment go beyond compliance and align with the key pillars of EJ."

Valero is pleased with the results of this audit and is committed to continuing to operate as a good neighbor to Benicia residents.
