Valero Benicia Refinery Presents Check from Sporting Clays Invitational Event

Elizabeth Hoffman, Executive Director of Rebuilding Together Solano County, writes that the Clay Shoot Invitational Event was "one of the highlights of [the] year" and that donations from event proceeds "will be put to good work allowing our low-income veteran and veteran spouses to remain in their own home."

The Valero Benicia Refinery is pleased to announce a record-breaking $152,000 from the proceeds of the 10th Annual Sporting Clays Invitational. The Benicia Community Action Council and Rebuilding Together Solano County were each presented a check for $76,000. This remarkable outcome is due to the generous support of the Valero Benicia Refinery, their numerous business partners, and over one hundred volunteers affiliated with the event.
