Lauren Bird, Valero Benicia Refinery's Vice President & General Manager

On August 7th, the Valero Benicia Refinery invited local healthcare stakeholders to attend the refinery’s annual Wellness Fair. Representatives from Benicia Police Department’s 'Volunteer in Police Services', Benicia Bicycle Club, Benicia Family Dentistry, the Humane Society of the North Bay, John Muir Health, Movement Chiropractic, Sutter Health, Solano County Mental Health Services, and Touro University set up informational booths for refinery workers and educated them about programs they offer to Solano & Contra Costa County residents.

PG&E and Solano Transportation Authority also provided material about their respective organizations. The refinery will continue to partner with these organizations and assist them in their efforts to provide health and financial tools for our community.
