On May 25, a group of Valero Volunteers continued our partnership with Rebuilding Together Solano County by assisting with the delivery of food boxes to those in need. Valero volunteers helped to deliver 6,450 pounds of food to 210 homes. The boxes contained both perishable items such as meat, dairy, produce, and non-perishable items.
In June, a group of Valero Management and Summer interns volunteered at the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano's new Fairfield warehouse to sort/package items for their newest Food Bank facility.
We look forward to continuing our partnership with the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano & Rebuilding Together Solano County and assisting with their ongoing efforts to support our most vulnerable neighbors.
