VALLEJO - On Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at approximately 3:07 p.m., the Vallejo Police Department located and arrested 55-year-old Darryl M. Grooms, who had an outstanding warrant in connection to the October 11, 2021 homicide of a 35-year-old Vallejo man.
Grooms was located in the parking lot of a business establishment in 90 block of Admiral Callaghan Lane. The suspect and victim were known to each other.
