Connecting our Community

Hello Homeowners,

One of the best parts of my role is connecting with you—and this past week truly underscored just how strong and vibrant our community is.

We recently hosted our very first Homeowner Appreciation Night last Tuesday, and I would like to thank everyone who joined us. It was an evening filled with great conversation, delicious food, and a shared sense of belonging. This type of gathering is exactly what the Board and I envisioned when we set out to create more opportunities for connection. Getting together with neighbors, some of whom we were meeting for the first time, reminded us that community is built one conversation at a time.

If you missed the event—or want to relive the evening, I encourage you to read the full recap below.

Special thanks to our Executive Chef Ben Peterson and his culinary team for a memorable dining experience, and to Front of House Manager Chuck Kast and his service team, who helped make the night one to remember.

Your feedback continues to shape the way we serve you. Based on homeowner input, whether during Coffee with Carl, in casual conversations, or at community events, we’ve launched Monday lunch service at the Par Lounge. We’ll be monitoring attendance and adjusting as needed, so stop by and enjoy!

Thank you for doing your part in making SDCEA the best it can be.

Thank you, Carl Weise, GM
