Hello Homeowners,
As summer winds down and families prepare for the new school year, I want to thank everyone for making this season so memorable. From sunny pool days to park picnics and lively community events, it has been a joy to see our neighborhood come together. With school traffic returning, please drive cautiously and watch for children at bus stops and crosswalks.
A reminder that our old Homeowner ID card system is now retired. If you haven’t picked up your new ID card, please visit Community Relations at 15910 Avenel Lane, Monday – Friday , 7:30 am – 4 pm. These cards are required for amenity access, so don’t delay.
Before summer officially fades, join us for the final concert of the summer season! BB & Company performs live on Saturday, Aug. 16, 6 – 9 pm at Ramona Oaks Park. Bring blankets, chairs, and your dancing shoes for a night of great music, food vendors, and community spirit.
