2026 SDCEA Budget Mailed to Homeowners on Friday, Nov. 28
The Board of Directors has approved the 2026 Operating Budget, Reserve Plan, Capital Plan, and user fee adjustments—resulting in a new monthly assessment of $195—following extensive analysis to ensure long-term financial stability for SDCEA.

Toy Story Community Gifts for Children
To help ensure local kids enjoy a wonderful Christmas, please consider donating a new, unwrapped toy valued at $25 or more. Drop off your donation by Dec. 8 at the Clubhouse lobby, the Recreation Center, or the CRD Offices.
All toys will be distributed to local children through the Ramona Food & Clothes Closet.

Nominations Now Open for the 2026 SDCEA Board Election
San Diego Country Estates Association is now accepting nominations for the 2026 Board of Directors Election.
Homeowners interested in serving on the Board may submit a letter of nomination, résumé, and 300-word statement for consideration. Two positions will be open in the April 2026 election, and all nomination materials are due by Friday, January 9, 2026.
