Hello Homeowners,

As the Assistant General Manager, it’s my pleasure to contribute to this week’s General Manager Update. October is in full swing, and I have to say it’s one of my favorite times of the year around the community. The cooler weather, the smell of fall in the air, and seeing everyone out and about enjoying the season.

We have a lot to look forward to, and here are a few highlights.

Superintendent’s Revenge – Friday, Oct. 24

This is not your average golf outing! Our Superintendent has cooked up some devious course challenges that’ll put your skills to the test. It’s all in good fun, and it’s open to both members and the public, so feel free to invite your friends.

Registration closes on Friday, Oct. 17, so don’t wait to sign up!

Fall Festival – Saturday, Oct. 18 | 5 – 8 pm

Bring the whole family out for an evening of carnival games, fall treats, and good old-fashioned community fun. While you're here, swing by our Clean & Green area to pick up a few tips on sustainable living and a free reusable shopping bag.

Volunteer Opportunities Available

Volunteers are the backbone of an Association, and we’re looking for some homeowners to join a few of our committees: Environmental Control, Community Relations, and Equestrian.

If you’ve ever considered getting more involved, now is an ideal time. Head over to our Committees webpage to learn more and fill out a Volunteer Interest Form. We’d love to have you on board.

There’s something about fall that brings out the craving for comfort food and good company. Stop by Par Lounge from Monday through Friday for Happy Hour and stick around to enjoy our classic dinner menu. I look forward to seeing more of you around the table.

As always, thank you for being part of what makes this community so special. Whether you’re joining us for an event, volunteering your time, or just enjoying a walk through the neighborhood, it’s the people who make this place shine.

Thank you, Joshua Jones, Assistant General Manager
