The Valpo Chamber Envision the Future Committee is planning the 2018 event for Porter County eighth-grade students. This annual program is scheduled for March 14, 2018, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Porter County Expo Center. Business volunteers are extremely important to this program. Volunteers will assist students as they learn how to live within their means while enjoying their chosen "career." Envision the Future is an opportunity for students to realize exactly how much money it will take to pay for housing, utilities, a vehicle, insurance, food, clothing, and childcare, while trying to have enough money leftover for the "extras" in life.
Contact
Kurt Gillins if you have any questions or want to volunteer.

Join us for breakfast on Thursday, March 15, to hear about the State of Porter County. Recently, Porter County Commissioner President, Jeff Good, presented information to the Valpo Chamber Board of Directors. This presentation was very informative about what is happening around Porter County so we have invited him to present his speech to the general membership.
