The US is a hotspot for German investment, placing number one in target countries for German M&A deal-makers, according to the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA). In this dynamic business climate, GACC Midwest is excited to launch our new M&A Brochure to support our network across the globe.

One partner aiding us in this mission here in the Midwest is the new German Consul General , Wolfgang Mössinger, who visited our office this month to discuss future cooperation with our President & CEO, Mark Tomkins. On a global scale, the German Chambers Abroad network is excited to strengthen its cooperation with the DAAD to promote German-American relations .

We are eagerly awaiting the biggest celebration of our unique international network at the 2019 German American Business Awards at the Chicago History Museum. On Saturday, our annual Soccer Social event gave guests the chance to network over a Chicago Fire game featuring German Fußball legend Bastian Schweinsteiger.
