On May 4, JetBlue will require all passengers and crewmembers to wear a mask or face covering during check-in, boarding, on their flight and when deplaning.
As an extra precaution and in adherence with current health guidelines,JetBlue has made adjustments that will minimize the physical transactions and touchpoints between customers and crewmembers.
· Complimentary food and beverage will continue but be more limited. Snack baskets and beverage service were replaced with a single snack offering and water.
· Buy-onboard products like beer, wine, or liquor have been temporarily suspended.
· The Pantry, the communal grab-and-go snack and beverage area, will not be available on those flights that usually have it.
