Vantage Builders Renovates THD’s Corporate Headquarters Office renovations make up a large percentage of Vantage Builders’ business, whether upgrading a company’s office, fitting-out space for a landlord to welcome a new tenant or supporting a company’s growth with expanded space. We recently finished a project for a company in the latter category. Thompson Habib Denison (THD) moved to Lincoln North (55 Old Bedford Road in Lincoln, MA) from Lexington. The firm needed a larger office to meet demand for its wide-ranging services and growing team. Vantage Builders was hired for the 22,000-square-foot build-out by building ownership, Real Capital Solutions , and worked closely with the leasing team of Dean Blackey, Mike Ogasapian, and Elizabeth Holmes of R.W. Holmes Commercial Real Estate .   THD is a full-service marketing agency specializing in integrated fundraising and donor engagement. Critical to the firm’s new office design was that it promote collaboration and communication, to enable its team members to create the strategies and solutions that help its clients maximize fundraising efforts and fund their important missions. Vantage followed designs by the  McGuinness Group . Working in a very active three-story office building, Vantage took care to keep construction noise to a minimum.

Vantage built two new executive offices and 15 private offices, each with full-height glass fronts. Five conference rooms of varying sizes support THD’s workflow and meeting groups. The largest conference room features multiple floor boxes for staff to easily rearrange the movable furniture to support meetings of different uses, including training sessions.   Visitors are greeted in a well-lit, welcoming reception area, featuring THD’s branding and signage. Two café areas, with luxury millwork, stone countertops and luxury vinyl tiling (LVT) flooring, provide space for staff to have lunch or take a break and recharge. The office area features new Mannington carpet tiles, while specialty pendant and linear lighting fixtures throughout create a bright workspace. To accommodate the floorplan, new thermostats were installed and ductwork was rerouted.
