A big thank you to Regeneron volunteers for choosing our organization again for its Day for Doing Good (D4DG) initiative. For the last few years, volunteers have shown up to help improve our space with their creative talents and time.
This year, they chose our garden space as the area they wanted to show LOVE to. They cleaned up the garden, stained and sealed our fence. While that was happening, another team tackled the blank wall facing the garden space by painting a bright and colorful mural consisting of vegetables and flowers. You can see it all come together in the time-lapse video above.
"We are so lucky to have Regeneron's help. Every year they surprise us with their unique ideas and creative efforts," said 15-LOVE Executive Director Amber Marino. "It's not lost on us how much work it takes to bring projects like theirs to life. Thank you to everyone for your hard work and service, we are humbled by your support."
Over the years they have painted, sorted books, cleaned our garden and led educational demonstrations for our kids as part of their D4DG. The initiative brings together thousands of Regeneron colleagues around the world to contribute an estimated 15,000 volunteer hours in service to 150 non-profit organizations.
