It's really important when promoting your business in person or online to refer to your company as Vantel Pearls and not just Vantel. Why? Here are just a couple of key reasons:

New Catalog Item Reminder
and Correction

Please remember that the following three rings should be set with pearls that are size 7 or smaller:

  • R0585 - Made You Look
  • R3391- Fifth Avenue
  • R9924 - Sweet Duet

In last week's 7/31 Consultant Connection we prematurely stated that If an order is received with larger pearls for these three rings, we would call the Customer directly to offer them their choice of a few options. Unfortunately, we are unable to do that as we often do not have the customer contact information. Instead, we are contacting the Consultant who then needs to contact the customer with the following options:
  1. Select an alternate item for their pearl
  2. Set the item with a size 7 pearl in a matching color
  3. Issue a merchandise credit or refund
 
The Consultant will then need to contact Kellyann in Customer Service to provide us with the customer's choice.
 
Please note: the product pages for these items have been updated in the new Learning Center to include this information. You may want to also make note next to these items in your catalogs.

At Your Service-Customer Service Updates

Order Status-We See What You See!

When calling in to inquire about order status, please be aware that our Representatives see the same status you do. They do not have information beyond what you see in the system. For instance, if your order is listed as Entered, Posted, or Shipped our Reps do not have the ability to see how far along in each step of the status your order is. 

Important Reminders From Data Entry
Take Care When Sending Your Orders In

Please be sure you're following these steps when submitting your orders to ensure timely processing and delivery to your customers.

Pearl Envelopes vs Entered Orders
Be sure that what is reflected on your Pearl Envelopes matches what you entered for each order. When there is a discrepancy between the two, we will process what was entered into the system.
 
Individual Orders
should be placed in a separate plastic bag with completed invoice(s) visible.

Party Orders
should be placed in a separate plastic bag with the Cash Up Report facing out.
 
Repair Orders
should be placed in a separate plastic bag with the completed Repair Form visible.
 
Pearl Palette
Please be sure you're using only the colors reflected on the Palette.
