Dear St. Agnes Academy-St. Dominic School Families,

Beginning Saturday, November 1, currently enrolled families may apply for Variable Tuition for the 2026–27 school year. The FACTS application must be completed by Friday, December 1. 

Please note, all data submitted must be based on your 2025 Total Household Income. To ensure your application is processed correctly, you will need to estimate your income for the remainder of the year then upload your 2025 tax documents and W-2 once completed. Your 2024 documents can be uploaded now for the Business Office to reference.

Applicants will be notified of your Variable Tuition award when re-enrollment contracts are distributed in January.

*ESA & EFS IMPORTANT INFORMATION -

ALL APPLICANTS MUST COMPLY*

Two Tennessee Department of Education scholarship options, the Education Freedom Scholarship (EFS) and the Education Savings Account Voucher (ESA), are now available to help families cover tuition expenses. In the current school year, families receiving a state funded scholarship saw a lower tuition burden than families who relied solely on St. Agnes - St. Dominic financial aid.

• For the 26-27 school year, any K-12 families residing in Tennessee who apply for Financial Aid will be required to also apply for a state funded scholarship.
• SAA-SDS will send communication once these applications are open.   
• After competing, proof of application for EFS or ESA must be submitted to the school by forwarding the application confirmation email or providing a screenshot of the confirmation. 
• Upon receipt of a state funded scholarship, a family’s financial aid will be re-evaluated and possibly adjusted, allowing SAA-SDS to stay within our Financial Aid budget and assist each family who qualifies for Financial Aid utilizing FACTS Grant & Aid to determine the family’s exhibited need.
