Vasilios Priskos

The koufeta that we receive at a Greek baptism or wedding reminds us of life's sweetness, as well as the bitterness that everyone faces at some point. For those of us who knew Vasilios, we treasure the sweetness of life and the times we spent together.  His genteel manner and incredible class and philotimo made all of us feel special to be with him and call him our friend.

He suffered a great deal these past few years and is now at peace --our loss is heaven's gain. We extend our deepest sympathies and prayers to his wife, Shauna, and their beloved sons, Alexander, Aristotle, Christian, and Nico. Vasili's memory is eternal and living brightly in each of you.

The funeral will be held at Holy Trinity Cathedral in Salt Lake City on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at 10:00 am.  Further details are available here, as well as in the thoughtful obituary in the Salt Lake City Tribune.

May Vasilios' memory be eternal and our very best to his wonderful family during this painful time.
