North County Job-Readiness Room

North County cities have launched a new program to boost employment opportunities for the region. This pilot program is designed to connect entry-level, excluded, and/or vulnerable workers with basic skills training and connections to key North County employers who are hiring for office administration, manufacturing, hospitality & food service jobs. Water District to Sponsor Scholarship Contest

Vista Irrigation District invites local high school seniors to compete for scholarships from the district. Up to six scholarships may be awarded in amounts ranging from $1,000 to $3,000. The purpose of the scholarship program is to encourage students to learn more about how water related issues influence our daily lives. Learn more here.
