SBA Stands Ready to Assist California Businesses and Residents Affected by Severe Storm and Flooding

Low-interest federal disaster loans are now available to California businesses and residents as a result of President Biden’s major disaster declaration. The declaration covers San Diego County as a result of the severe storm and flooding that occurred Jan. 21 - 23. Businesses of all sizes and private nonprofit organizations may borrow up to $2 million to repair or replace damaged or destroyed real estate, machinery and equipment, inventory and other business assets. Rancho Buena Vista High School Internship Program

The RBV High School Internship Program allows students to have unique opportunities in career fields that interest them. Many of the interns pursue careers in the field they interned at during high school. Learn about how your business can participate here.

Super STEM Saturday

Build and launch a rocket, view the surface of the sun, and discover how chemistry is better than magic. These are just a few of the more than 75 hands-on, interactive activities and demonstrations that will engage thousands of attendees at Super STEM Saturday. Hosted by The Classical Academies and Cal State San Marcos, this rain-or-shine science festival is free and open to the public. Children of all ages are invited to attend. Learn more here.
