Gumaro has over 18 years of experience working in North San Diego County with small and mid to large businesses.

Gumaro is also an entrepreneur and owns two businesses in Vista alongside his wife, Vista Water Shack and Embroidery Image.

City of Vista Parks and Recreation / Wave Waterpark Needs Assessment Survey

Help shape the future of Vista's parks, recreation programs, and the Wave Waterpark! The City of Vista needs your input on a new Parks and Recreation Master Plan. The results of this survey will guide decisions about three new parks, improvements to Brengle Terrace Park, and the future of the Wave Waterpark, as it approaches 30 years of age. To show our appreciation for your time, at the end of the survey you can choose to be entered into a raffle for a chance to win tickets to a show at the Moonlight Amphitheatre or to the Wave Waterpark! Emergency Wildfire Relief: Donate for Animals in Need

Freddie's Place Animal Hospital, in partnership with Frontwave Arena and the San Diego Sockers, is spearheading a community effort to provide much-needed relief to animals affected by the devastating California wildfires. The donation drive aims to collect essential items to support animal welfare organizations assisting displaced injured animals.

Donation Drop-Off Locations and Dates:

⦁ Frontwave Arena (3475 Hero Dr., Oceanside)

Monday to Friday, January 13-17, 11am-3pm
During San Diego Sockers games: Wednesday, January 15 and Friday, January 17, 4-7pm

⦁ Freddie's Place Animal Hospital (2395 S Melrose Dr.)

Ongoing: Monday-Sunday, 8:30am-10pm

Items Needed:

Towels and blankets
Water bowls
Pet food (dry and canned)
Collapsible crates or carriers
Leashes and harnesses
Animal first-aid kits

Pet beds
Treats and toys
Heating pads or hot water bottles
Litter and litter boxes
Cleaning supplies (disinfectant wipes, gloves, etc.)
