The City of Vista’s Public Arts Commission is seeking artist submissions for the Civic Gallery’s upcoming Día de los Muertos exhibition, on display October 20–November 14. This special exhibit will honor culture, memory, and community through vibrant works of art. Artists of all ages and skill levels are invited to participate. The deadline to submit work is October 1.
