Associate Members,
The official invitation to this year's member event has already gone out and registration is underway. We are expecting about 150 in attendance, including (25) vendors. Members are invited to attend at no cost to participate in the Vendor Fair from 4:30 - 6:00. Two members of your organization are invited to attend dinner at no cost.
The timeline of events are below:
4:00 PM - Vendor Set Up
4:30 - 6:00 PM - Vendor Fair
6:00 PM - Business Meeting
6:30 PM - Scrementi's Dinner
You must be current in your membership dues to reserve a vendor table or get free event tickets. Member Information Sheet
Glenwoodie will provide 1 - assorted 6 or 8 ft. table per vendor for use at no cost. Vendors are responsible for setup, table cover and signage materials. (Limit 25 tables, no linens, first come, first serve.) You may pick your table location when you arrive. Do not arrive earlier than 4 PM and make sure to sign in with me.
Email melissa.doud@ssmma.org if you are interested in a vendor table. Make sure to select a vendor table with registration, all vendors will receive a confirmation email.
