vendors wanted

It's that time of year, we're gearing up for Butler's 10th Annual Vendor Fair on Friday, December 1 from 5-8pm!

The PTO would like to invite any Butler family businesses to participate in the event.

You bring your products to sell and the PTO will provide a large table and 2 chairs for $20.00. (There will be no repeats of exact businesses).

We had a great showing of student tables last year! We would love to have even more student tables this year.

Registration will be accepted until all spots have been filled or 11/10/23. See

registration form for details.

Questions: Shakti Priyadarshini.

AMERICAN EDUCATION WEEK | November 13-17

American Education Week is an opportunity to visit your child’s classroom and watch your children in action! Reminders: cell phone use while in the school is not permitted; this is an “adults only” visit - as small children may disrupt instruction during this time.

The chart provides the designated time to visit to best accommodate parking/traffic flow/etc. Please RSVP here so that we may plan accordingly for your time and have visitor badges ready upon arrival (to avoid delays).

SAVE THE DATE-VIP MOVIE EVENT | DECEMBER 3

The Fall VIP Event will be Sunday, December 3. Butler students can bring a special VIP guest to see the new release, Trolls Band Together at the Water Tower Theater in Montgomeryville. Tickets will go on sale soon through the PTO & will be announced in the PTO newsletter.

HOLIDAY GIFT GIVING TREE

GIVING TREE

Beginning November 17, the Butler Giving Tree will be on display in the hallway near the main office. The Giving Tree will have tags that display the names of holiday gifts that can be donated for families in our Butler Community who are in need of extra support this holiday season. We invite our Butler students and families to choose a tag (if they wish) to purchase the gift listed. We ask that you wrap the gift and be sure to secure the same tag to the outside of the gift wrap. Please inform your student to only take a tag if directed so we are sure all items are received by the office in time.

All gifts should be delivered to the main office no later than December 15 to ensure holiday delivery. Thank you for all of your wonderful generosity and support!

More information needed… Please contact Peggy Bernabei.
