You are receiving this email as you are registered for, have expressed interest in or have been a vendor a previous event. The Estrella Warbirds Museum home of the Woodland Auto Display will be hosting their 14th annual Warbirds Wings & Wheels Car Show on May 13, 2023. Average car entries range from 250 to 300 and all show cars are parked among the warbird planes and down the taxiway not later than 8:45 am. In addition to the cars there are plenty of opportunities for food vendors, craft vendors, joining Firestone Walker Brewery serving beer, Eberle Winery serving wine, and opportunities for various youth activities. This has always been a great family fun day and we are looking forward to an even larger event this year.
Changes for 2023 (no we have no price increase for vendors):
- You can now upload the required forms as part of your online application, or you can download the registration forms via the above links and mail them to us at address listed below in the footer, ATTN: WWW Vendor.
- We have additional assistance this year to help with coordination prior to and onsite. Our event manager has plenty on her schedule to keep her from getting bored...
- No swap meet this year.
Deadline for vendor registration is April 25th, 2023. If you have already registered, thank you. Updated required 2023 docs can be submitted on the above forms or mailed. Vendors will be able to set up either the evening or must be set up by 8:00 a.m. the day of the event.
