What's Happening

The Venetian Causeway Water and Sewer Main Replacement project is underway. The contractor is working to replace the old water and sewer main with new pipes that will be installed underground.

Timeline

The contractor has been approved to perform overnight work to begin pulling back the pipe through the drilled hole. This operation is taking place today, through the night, until tomorrow morning (7 a.m.), January 27, 2023. This is the last step in Phase I of the project.

Please be aware that this overnight work must be completed uninterrupted and will extend beyond their normal working hours.

Traffic Updates

• The eastbound right turn lane onto W Di Lido Drive will be closed. Vehicles will be permitted to enter and exit the residential area via E Di Lido Drive.
• The bike lanes and sidewalk between E San Marino and W Rivo Alto are closed.
• Eastbound traffic is being directed north on Rivo Alto.
• Please exercise caution at all crosswalk intersections.
